Unwanted items are returned at your own expense and should be sent by recorded delivery. We are unable to provide a refund for items which are lost or damaged in transit.
If the product is shown to be defective, or if a product displays a fault within the warranty period, we will either exchange the items or refund your money including the cost of return postage.
