Returning or exchanging an item

 

Brompton is committed to quality; if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.

Unwanted items are returned at your own expense and should be sent by recorded delivery. We are unable to provide a refund for items which are lost or damaged in transit.

If the product is shown to be defective, or if a product displays a fault within the warranty period, we will either exchange the items or refund your money including the cost of return postage.
