Brompton is committed to quality; if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. As long as our returns procedure is followed, we will cover the cost of returning the item (UK only).
‘Sale’ items have very small margins; this means we are unable to offer freepost on returns. If you wish to send some Sale items back for exchange or refund, you will have to pay for the postage yourself; however, we will send the exchanged items back to you without charging you for the postage.
How to return or exchange an item
You do not have to pay to return an item if the shipping address is in the UK (except where Sale items are concerned). To return an item, please do the following:
Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We will contact you about arranging collection of the item if you live in the UK; if you live outside the UK we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as responsibility for the goods remains with you until we are receipt of them.
Print off the Returns Form and identify your reason for returning the item, making sure to include the form with the returned item.
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and with the hang tags (if applicable) still attached.
We will notify you via email of your refund, should you be eligible, once we have received and processed the returned item.
